Domestic and International shipping available. All orders are shipped from New York, USA. All services include a tracking number. All shipping cost are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING averages from 10-20 days depending on the time of the year and the amount of time it is held at customs. Some countries like United Kingdom, charge custom fee. Please note that custom fees and import duties are not paid by the seller. The buyer is solely responsible for any additional fees that may be charged at customs.

LOST ITEM DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS: No refunds will be given for lost items due to incorrect mailing address. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the customer's responsiblity to request a claim via USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
